Kerbside appeal disappointing. The front garden looks a bit unkempt. A closer location to the harbor would enhance convenience. No fish options on the breakfast menu.

Location short walk to the harbour, and the bus stop to Robin Hoods Bay. Also, to Whitby seafront.

Booked a room with lovely views over the rolling hills surrounding Whitby. I had a TV set, tea and coffee. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, right by the town centre which had Plenty of great places to eat as well as the bus stop to Robin Hoods Bay. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Poets Cottage Shrub Nursery.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – best I've had! The owners were very helpful too. Just a bit crowded around the bed with not much space. 🌟

Absolutely not impressed with Mooredge B&B. The room was blindingly bright at dawn, not a dream. Expected them to go above and beyond since I paid, but they offered no special treats? Shocking! Lovely view, if only it drowned out the noise outside. Almost wanted to recommend it, but just couldn't, not at all.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the views across the Esk Valley were a perfect backdrop. Lucy's warm welcome, and the breakfast was excellent, with the full English being the best I've ever had!
No drawbacks .

The attic room was spacious and super clean with a lovely view. Amenities included a tv, electric kettle, and cookies. The bathroom was modern with fluffy towels. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked with local produce. Cozy atmosphere with a comfortable bed and homely touches like a rocking chair. Free parking available too.

a warm welcome with beautiful views
The B&B offered fine views from the room window. The breakfast selection was varied and met our needs perfectly. A special mention goes to the charming owner's dog, who added a personal touch to our stay.
There was occasional noise from outside that could be distracting.

The room was bright and clean, and we loved the generous breakfast. Perfect for filling up before heading to the local attractions. The hosts were super friendly. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
The only downside was that the parking area was slightly tricky to access as it was off the main road. Just be cautious when maneuvering in tight spaces.
